Kate is the heart behind Marigold Homes. A proud grandparent and lifelong dog lover, she started Marigold after years of feeling frustrated by rushed, impersonal home services. She believed there had to be a better way.

Marigold was built on the idea that care should feel human, unrushed, and respectful. Kate brings a steady presence and thoughtful approach to every home, focusing on comfort, trust, and real support for everyday life. Her goal is simple: help people feel more at ease in their own space.

Maggie brings a grounded, creative energy to her work at Marigold Homes. She cares deeply about balance, both in the home and in everyday life, and believes small, thoughtful support can make a big difference.

Outside of Marigold, Maggie enjoys music, concerts, and spending time outdoors with her chocolate lab. She leads with connection, individuality, and a positive outlook, bringing color, warmth, and intention into every space she helps care for.

Lisa brings warmth, life experience, and a thoughtful presence to every home she supports. A Minneapolis native and proud parent of three adult children, she shares her life with two beloved dogs and a deep appreciation for meaningful connection.

After retiring from a career in advertising, Lisa found fulfillment in helping others create calm, comfortable homes. She values kindness, fairness, and care in all she does, and enjoys supporting households in ways that feel personal, steady, and genuinely helpful.

Rosie brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. She’s based in Stillwater, Minnesota, and is currently completing her degree in Human Resources at the University of St. Thomas.

Rosie values strong relationships and takes pride in creating spaces that feel fresh, comfortable, and cared for. She enjoys the details of cleaning and maintaining a home and believes that a well-kept space can make everyday life feel easier and more welcoming.

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys playing tennis, watching new movies, and spending time with friends and family.
